comfortable stay, but noise could be an issue
The Deluxe King Room offered a cozy charm with a comfortable bed and quality sheets that enhanced my sleep experience. I especially appreciated the mountain view during my stay, which added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The serene environment provided a quiet retreat, perfect for relaxation.
Noise from neighboring rooms was occasionally distracting.

French door entrance, charming yard with resident pets, nearby BNB offering coffee
The bare floors were freezing, even with socks!!! A couple of smaller pillows for sleeping would have added comfort!!! Check-in could be simplified as it felt a bit disconnected.

The location was ideal for visiting Bryce Canyon.
Unfortunately, we had issues with noise throughout our stay. the walls felt paper-thin. We could hear the TV from the neighboring room and even the plumbing sounds, which was incredibly disruptive. Additionally, check-in was frustrating as we felt neglected, with no greeting or assistance from the hosts whatsoever.

A cozy two-story building in a peaceful rural area was a lovely spot for my stay. The room was well-kept, featuring a French door that opened to a sunny walkway, perfect for enjoying the afternoon. While the family dogs and resident cats added charm, some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms were noticeable. Coffee was available nearby, but it would have been nice to have some in the room. I would return, as this little gem offers a warm, inviting atmosphere.

the only downside was finding a few hairs on the sheets at check-in.
